My name is Kristin Wallman and I am a Realtor here in the Sugar Land area. I have been in the Real Estate Industry for over 3 years, working with hundreds of clients all over the Houston area to find the perfect home.

I started in the industry in 2006 working for a Residential Property Management Company located in the Katy area. At this time, I specialized in New Construction, Investments, and Leasing. In Fall 2007, I moved to a broker located in Sugar Land and continued my career solo.

I am currently a member of the Sugar Land Real Estate Team, and Keller Williams Realty. The idea of working with a team is a great benefit to both myself as an agent, as well as my clients. The team approach offers several opinions, viewpoints, and levels of experience in order to market your home.

Currently, I specialize in Resale, Listings, and Leasing. However, I am knowledgeable in all aspects of the Real Estate Industry. I take pride in listening to my clients needs, and creating individual marketing plans, and finding the best deal for your family!

I have been a resident of the Sugar Land area for over 17 years, and am familiar with the area.
